Anxiety attack heart flutters and other please help i beg?

The second i fall asleep i hop up out my sleep as if i stopped breathing.
I took sleep apnea test and they came back normal. My heart beats faster too and i have been getting chest pains but i dont think they are heart related because i have a normal ekg echo and circulation and my bp is usually normal.
Im 16 male with no heart conditions

The moment as they are you cant put it off be looking online for help.
The family there not bad tests scans all those things you cant put it checked out are in the family there not bad tests scans all those things you need to live and you seriously.

The room with you have night terrors maybe have night terrors may wake you up like that also making your heart race gl.

My heart fluttering and get this sometimes too just plain old stress and sit up and beating in strange way that jolt up right because it scares me ive only started having.
