Are the heart “flutters” you feel sometimes called palpitations? Pregnant and getting them more often.

I have always had “flutters” now and then and have been checked for them in the past and heart was healthy, now I”m pregnant and get them more often. My ob isn’t worried but is sending me to my cardiologist just to be sure so He will know what to give me if I even need anything. I’m pregnant and not crazy about taking meds. I’ve heard that if you had them already, they get worse with pregnancy, anyone else dealing with this?

  • Has anyone else that is pregnant taken calcium magnesium supplements for heart “flutters” or palpitations?

  • Has anyone had occasional heart “flutters” before pregnancy that got worse after nad wht does your ob say?
  • Since this morning I have had heart flutters, could it be a sign of labor?

    The same during preg and even b4 and after dr sent me to be put on meds.
