Open Question: Feeling very dizzy and nauseous?
This morning, when I woke up, I sat up in bed and suddenly felt extremely dizzy. My room started to spin fast, and I don’t mean lightly at all. So I laid back down for a minute and closed my eyes until the feeling went away, and once it did I thought I was ok. Then, when I tried to get up it happened again, and this time I felt extremely nauseous. So, I managed to make it to the bathroom and I called my mom at work. She got on the phone and I could barely speak I was mostly out of breath but also dizzy and just felt faint. After asking her to come home, I hung and dry heaved several times and broke out into what seemed to be a cold sweat. I also had diarrhea, but not watery. I sent my son to his aunts so that I could lay down and hopefully feel better but this problem seems to persist. My mom mentioned an anxiety attack, but I don’t think that seems plausible with the amount of time that it has persisted. I’m currently laying in bed and I don’t feel as bad, but if I roll from one side to the other I feel dizzy and nauseous again. I don’t have a history of blood pressure problems, blood sugar problems, or anxiety attacks. I eat healthy and drink regularly and excercise daily. I don’t believe there’s any chance that I could be pregnant. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes. And I’m not currently taking any medications. The only medical problems I’ve experienced are what’s believed to be an irregular heartbeat or heart murmur. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Open Question: is it a heart murmur or something else?
ok so about a year ago the doc told me i had a silent heart murmur..i thought that was grand because i was told alot of people have it and that its not serious..some people can even live with it and not know that they have it..neways the reason i went to the doc was because i was having episodes where i would get all panicky and id find it extremely difficult to breathe and my heart would start racing and then it feels like my heart adds a few extra beats in the process (im completely serous this is what it feels like…). I also get a fast, sometimes irregular heart rate when im in big crowds or when i exercise..I want to know is this something that I should be worried about? The (what feels like) and extra few heart beats in between the “lub dub” can last for 2 to 5 seconds…thanks in advance :))

Open Question: How to get my high school diploma (NOT A GED) with a social anxiety disorder?
I don’t want a GED so please don’t tell me how to get that. I want to know how to get my high school diploma, I’m 20 years old and I have a social anxiety disorder that makes me hate the classroom environment and being around people. My family keep thinking I’m lazy and I just don’t want to go to school, but they don’t understand what I’m going through. It seriously cause me to panic but I’m willing to try because it’s been 3 and a half years since I left high school and I feel stagnant in life like I’m going nowhere and headed for failure PLEASE HELP! I always feel I’m wrong no matter if I know for a fact I’m right, I just feel inadequate like I don’t know anything. What I have always make me self-doubt and I can’t help it, I fear being embarrassed and it’s irritating. I’m African American and with no family history of anxiety disorder so it’s basically a myth to my family because they don’t understand what I’m going through it’s like they think I’m lying about it. My sister that’s a senior in college keep trying to tell me stuff like “you could be here in college, you don’t have to sit around” and I’m like you will never understand what I’m going through. My mom keep saying “You’re 20 years old without a high school diploma” and that bothers me. I’ve been diagnosed I actually have a heart “murmur” because of this my doctor gave me medication, but I don’t want it because of the things it could do to me in the future. I receive social security because I can’t work. People don’t believe that it’s really hard for me to go to school, I would really like to go to college and all that but I can’t take being in a classroom. If there’s any ideas PLEASE let me know some even if I have to sit in a classroom.

Open Question: i am a 70 yr old woman.my brother is 66 yrs old,my dad who is 98 and mentally disabled with?
advanced alzhiemers disease,being as my dad lives with me,my brother thinks im his slave woman,last year to keep my dad safe my brother reversed the doorknob so dad couldnt leave the house,now all of a sudden he wants my dad to have his freedom back and is ordering me to leave the door unlocked so he can leave on his own on weekends.the aide is here on weekdays.dad is a flight risk,if he sees the chance to get up and go,he will do so.hes gone upstairs into my nieces apt and opened the front door and took off,right under their noses! my dad is frail with no balance so hes fallen a lot.my neighbor found hinm lying on the street infront of his house,he got him up and took him home.i mean this is rediculous,my brother thinks that im the one who should keep an eagles eye on dad,why he has no interest in caring for his dad i have no idea.i once heard him utter under his breath…,i dont think i could take care of dad anymore.should i inform my dads social worker of this?i think so.then my dad will have to be placed,something my brother forbids.i and my dads aide took him for 5 years,and im feeling the pressure as is his aide shes got uncontrollabe high blood pressure.and some heart probs,i have hbp too and its controlled but i can see my dads sending both of us to the hospital.its really not fair of my brother to burden me with caring for a father who has no idea where he is or who we are.im okay during the week,come friday i get a knot in my stomach.dad refuses to eat for me and the aide.he sleeps all day long.if you were facing the same problem would you place your dad where he can get the proper care?

Open Question: Am I a bad man with my wife? Ladies please help me…?
I am so sad, depressed, upset and dissapointed. It might sound ridiculous but it’s all because I am not having a good sex life with my wife.
She is most the time, upset.
She is always a no.
I have tried pills for libido.
I have tried natural teas and what not.
I have tried so much helping her in her chores, house chores mainly.
I take the trash out.
I help her clean the house.
When it’s payday for her I always go to the check cashing place she goes so she can feel safer. (She don’t like to be alone there, and she don’t want to open a bank account either.)
I take her to any place she wishes to go, stores or with her family. (she doesn’t like to drive much)
I cook once a week for her. (Something special and something vegeterian because she is vegetarian).
I offer to give her massages sometimes she says yes, and sometimes it’s a no.
I swear to God all I am saying its true, she knows that what I love the most it’s to have sex wih her.
I think she takes advantage because she knows I don’t cheat.
She always a No.
This has gotten me to the point of leaving her, but I stop and think, am I overreacting? It’s because I have not much sex, is this ok? Is if ok to throw 7 years away. Have I done something wrong?
I really have tried, I have tried anything I can think of, I have tried everything I have been told by lots of people, I am so so sad, and have been for many years, and also I have to live with hypothoroidism for the rest of life, so I was told by he doctor, this hypothoroidism causes depression among other things, so I feel double depressed.
What can I do? I am not happy with anything in this life.
I have cried so much, so many times, all I wish for it’s a loving wife and I more with a heartless woman.
I don’t know what to do.
Every night I just get in my iPad and do whatever, read, ask questions or answer questions, watch videos. Just anything to try to forget but nothing satisfies me, nothing feels my empty heart.
I am so broken
I have contemplated suicide so many times, I know it might be because of my wife treating me bad, always upset, always saying things to me, you idiot, you crazy, you animal. Why? Because I want to hug, kiss and make love to her.
I might get this thought because of my disease hypothoroidism but I can’t this anymore, I really can’t,
Please God help me, anyone help me… Please
It’s not just sex, I don’t feel loved anymore after all I have done and keep doing still for her.
I just realized it might have been months I don’t get that gentle and loving touch of my spouse, my wife, the one that was supposed to be with me until death set us apart.

Open Question: Does Rimadyl bring immediate relief for arthritis pain?
My 18 year old Chihuahua/Beagle mix went to the vet yesterday because she was having some obvious signs of arthritis in her back legs. While I was there, the vet said that Trixie (my dog) had a heart murmur. The vet told me to keep an eye on her breathing and how often she was panting, and I told her that Trixie had been panting more often, but that I thought it was from her being in pain. The vet said that that was very well possible.
So I’m wondering how long it takes for Rimadyl to start working so I can know if she’s panting from possibly being in pain, from being hot, or if it’s a sign of her heart murmur worsening.
If anyone has any experience with a dog having a heart murmur, please add any advice or anything, I’d appreciate it! Thanks.

Open Question: Why is it hard for me to beleive in god.?
Both my wife’s parents are pastors and i am in my first year of bible collage. I am very active i my church but i find it hard to believe in god. I look for proof everywhere and am not able to find it. I see people speaking toungs and i just think they are pretending. I see people getting prayed for and collapsing and i think they are pretending. None of theese things have happened to me and i will not just do them because everyone else is doing them. The reason i am so upsessed with this is because i am sick. I have a rare heart disease that killed my mom when she was 2 years older than i am now. I look at the world and think there must be a god. I dont know if it is the one i read about in the holy bible but there has to be one dosent there?

Resolved Question: Is this bad or is this good in a good way XD?
Well here is the thing well all through my teen years I came out at the age of 13 I never had no one to look up to had a hard time with coming out and etc, and there where bands but I never knew about em’ at the time I’ve always wanted to look up to someone or a few people so I wont be alone and can relate to everything they say or sing about when I was around 14 there came Tatu they where the fake lesbians I really looked up to em’ I thought they where real but they turned out to be fake what I heard people say about em’ and it broke my heart cause I thought I had someone to look up to
Now for example I’m 26, and I’ve been listening to nothing but lesbian singers lol, I mean I listen to all kinds of music and different Genres since I found someone to look up to big time, that i never knew about when I was a teen i would have loved em’ but I listen to all there albums more then once I love there songs I have a shirt of em’, I just feel proud to wear it, and have someone I really love and look up to
The group I look up to a lot are The Murmurs I know they where around in the 90’s I wish I knew em’ in my teen years, and Uh Huh Her they where formed in 2007 I really look up to Leisha Hailey she is amazing and she makes me proud of who I’am and what I’am and I really love Tegan And Sara Quinn I love Tegan she is freaking cute as hell, but all the murmurs and uh huh her songs since the main singer is the same singer Leisha I relate to all there songs I listen to all there CD’s one day in a row and I said wow where they in my teen years?
But yeah is it bad to really look up to someone that much even though you are older I don’t care Leisha is 40yrs old but I love her to death I just have a huge crush on her to as well I would watch there music videos over lol I’m just like a fan girl.

Open Question: Heart donation after death, who can donate?
What i would like to ask is not about a living donor but someone who has already died.
I know that in the majority of cases people who have died from some type of disease or cancer can not donate their heart, but I’m wondering if there are any exceptions to this, like if the person died from a disease or illness that did not affect their heart, would they be able to donate their heart after death?

Open Question: blood pressure question 148 now?
Ok I just posted a question a few hours ago about my blood pressure. I haven’t been to the doc in about 4 years so I took my blood pressure with an at home blood pressure test. Its the digital one that the hospital told a member of the family I live with to get. Any ways I took it a few hours ago and it was 137/74. Now its 149/100. I haven’t been doing anything like activity to make it go up. I cleaned and sat down for about an hour before I took it and watched tv.
I am a 20 year old female. I am 5′10 and weigh 200 but the weights not in my stomach. My father had high blood pressure and him and his father had heart attacks and died. Religiously I don’t really believe that illness is passed from parents to children but I did want to know if it could contribute. Also when I was young the doctors told me I had a heart murmur or an extra heart beat. They told me not to play sports but I did anyway and was fine. They said I would probably grow out of it.
I don’t know if that helps but there it is. I would just like to know what I should do. I don’t have insurance. Any advice?
