Resolved Question: Arythmia is interfering with my llife…?
I wore a 24 hour heart monitor after i complained to my doctor about heart palpitations and things. He came to the conclusion that I had arythmia (I forget the exact name of it but apparently it is a non threatning type) He said if it got really bothersome he could prescribe me a blood peasure med to lower BP. I dont think that would help becasue half the time my BP feels like it too low already. I am constantly harrased by the feelings in my chest of fluttering heartbeats, missed beats and light headedness and fatigue. This has only recently been occuring within the last three months or so…I havent had this problem my wole life. any ideas as to why this suddenly started happening and if it will ever just go away like it came???Im only 22 and im otherwise healthy and it really bothers me that i start to feel bad ( weak, and faint) after simple thing slike giving my baby girl a bath or picking her up to hold her….

Open Question: My father passed away 2 weeks ago and we are experiencing something abnormal in our house?
My beloved father passed away on the fifth of june after a struggle with the heart disease , after he passed by about a week , my mother and sister smelt a strange smell in the kitchen a smell of burning wax where my father used to melt wax in it “it was his hobby to make candles” , they bith smelt it from where he used to stand and melt the wax , but they didn’t tell me not to frighten me , after it by two days I dreamt of my father 3 dreams , and after I woke up by minutes , I smelt a strong smell of cigarrettes in my nostrils , though no one in our house was a smoker except my father , who was a very heavy smoker , I was plain horrified , and when I told my mother , sho told me the burning candle story , at this moment I felt there is something abnormal . 2 days ago , my mother suddenly went shivering and told me that she smelt a heavy cigarrette smoke in her nostrils too and she felt numbness in her head!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know I sound totally insane , but that is how it goes!!!!!!!!!!
I am a psychiatrist to be , and I was standing steps away from being an agnostic , I “as a psychiatrist” in dealing with my patients shouldn’t be believing in this phenomena!!!!!!!!!!!!
there are more strange things that happened a day after his death as having the devices he used to fix suddenly broke!!!!!!!!

Open Question: What vegetarian foods can give me all the vitamins and minerals of fish?
When I told my doctor I’m a vegetarian, he said it’s fine, but that should eat fish once a week just to get some extra minerals and vitamins. He said especially since heart disease and osteoporosis run in my family, I should eat fish for the phosphorus and the omega fatty acids. I know I’m being difficult, but I don’t want to give up my ethics. How can I replace fish?
Thanks!

Open Question: strange skipped heart beats…?
a few times a day, it seems like my heart ’skips’ a beat. i can tell whenever this happens because after it skips the beat, it is always followed by a heavy pound right after. my heart then resumes its normal pulse.
what could this be? heart murmur? anything dangerous?
i’m a 17 yr old male in an overall healthy condition.

Open Question: Why get married and not divorced/single?
Two of many stats from … http://www.christianparty.net/mortdiv.htm
-Each 100 additional divorces worldwide cause one additional murder, 6 additional reports of rape, 33 additional armed robberies, and puts 100 more men in prison.
-Single men and women are 2-4 times more likely than married men and women to die of accidents, auto accidents, homicide, suicide, violence, falls, lung cancer, cirrhosis, diabetes, and heart disease.
Conclusion….Why cant we be friends? and Feminism has turned evil… Are we heading further down the rabbit hole into a US/Liberal Democratic/rights based style Big Brother World?
Marriage is not just a piece of paper, or useless. We need a big wakeup call. We havent suffered like Europe ww2, india partition, east europe cold war, vietnam, korea, etc.
its a direct correlation ppl. !!! cause and effect.
lol @ jen…polygamy ftw? haha no im thankful that im going to stay married forever and ever (arranged love marriage ftw 1% divorce rate)

Open Question: My cat has kidney disease - is my vet being reasonable pricewise?
Hi, I recently switched vets and called beforehand asking how much an office visit was along with a renal panel - the receptionist said office visit was 56 and renal panel bloodwork was $50.00. Anyway, I brought my kitty in and by the time I walked out the bill was $282.00!!!! The bloodwork was $136 and she did another test, protein/creatinine ratio which was $90.
We didn’t do his blood pressure because he was so upset over the shot so she suggested I come back. When I asked her how much taking his blood pressure would be, over the phone she hesitated and then said $42.00!!!! Is that reasonable?
Also she said he has a heart murmur now and an ultrasound would cost $315.00 and he may need medication which is very pricey.
Does this sound like too much, especially with the $42.00 fee for checking my cat’s blood pressure???

Open Question: What kind of Support do I lend a friend who’s newborn has been diagnosed with Down’s Syndrome?
Being a new parent I know that we will always worry about our children. I feel very lucky and blessed to have a happy and healthy baby boy. My friend gave birth to a beautiful daughter who had a difficult delivery, a possible heart murmur and was diagnosed with Down’s Syndrome. I know that she has family and community support, but I wonder how I can be part of that support system?
I just don’t want to say the wrong thing or hurt feelings by doting on my child’s milestones.

Open Question: I love Cavalair king charles spaniels, but they don’t live long. How can I get one that will live a long time?
My family and I think they are adorable, but I couldn’t survive seeing my dog die early from a stupid heart disease. I really think scientists should try solving this problem, I feel so bad that they almost always die from diseases and suffer. Almost every Cavalier suffers from heart disease before the age of ten, and if they don’t, it’s VERY rare. I feel like crying, I really don’t think it’s fair for them! I really want one, but I need to find a breeder that takes care of their dogs. I feel kind of scared to be looking for puppies on the internet because of puppy mills, and that would defeat the purpose of getting a healthy Cavalier. So if some one could help me with this delema, I would appreciate it! Thanks, email me @ hray2k@gmail.com

Resolved Question: What is the best way to detox the body from MSG?
I am allergic to MSG (Monosodium Glutomate), a flavor enhancer added to many fast foods and processed foods. When I get too much built up in my body I start showing symptoms such as fatique, body aches, stiff joints, muscle soreness, arythmia (irregular heart beat) and tachycardia (rapid heart beat). Is there a diet or process to eliminate MSG quickly from the body?

Voting Question: I have also had more heart arrhythmia with meniere’s.?
I went to my dr. about 6 months ago asking why I was having an increase in arythmia and she said not to worry about it, but it also has increased since I was struggling with more frequent episodes of my meniere’s. I know they say it is not related, but it does seem odd that I am not the only one noticing this. It is kind of embarrassing when I am sitting some place and all of a sudden I suck in air or even worse–snort!!! I used to do it just once in a while. Now I do it 6-7 times a day.

Open Question: How To Write A Cardiologist’s Medical Report?
I need to know the FORMAT of a cardiologist’s medical report that shows the different types of heart diseases. A picture would be good, or just text will do. It’s for a school project.
Thanks in advance.
