Open Question: I am sick and the doctors don’t know what’s wrong?
I’m a teenage female and I was walking around one day and I just all of a sudden got really nausea’s and really hot (I was in a building with AC) and then I just passed out for two minutes on my way to sit down I passed out again for a minute. After wards I had an awful headache. My mom rushed me to the hospital, and by the time we got there my headache was numbing and I didn’t know where I was. (I was really out of it) They admitted me and I was in the hospital for 4 days. For about the next week I would pass out about twice a day and it was always the same as the first time. All they could do was give me morphine. I had a Cat scan, xrays of almost everywhere, a spinal tap, multiple batteries of blood work, a tox-screen, a steady IV, an EKG, and a sort of Xray of my heart and several other tests. They released me because there was nothing else they could do. Prior to this I was in excellent physical condition. I am a serious athlete. I saw a neurologist, a cardiologist, an infectous disease doctor and my pediatrician. They treated as lyme, but the medicine just made me more nauseasso they tookme off of it. It has been 2 months and I still have no energy, and I cant sleep. I would really like to know what is/was wrong with me. Thanks for any suggestions

Open Question: wow Shaq go shot!!???????????
my bad i mislead y’all. but damn this is worth it. look at this. and wat do u think. if all rap was this meaningful.
In the eyes of the youth there are question marks
Like freedom
Freedom for the mind and soul
We don’t see them
See them for their worth at all
That’s why we lead them
Lead them to these wars and what is it we feed them
Feed them our impurities and who it is we treat them
Treat them like the enemy humanity will need them
Need them like the blood we spill and where freedom
Freedom for the hearts we fill
Mislead them
They hunger for the love we give
But we cheat them
The cops beat them when all he wants is his freedom
So they defeat them
Whatever spirit he’s got
Beat them
And they teach them that the rest of the world don’t need him
And he believes it’s a disease that he’s heathen
Put up your fists if all you want is freedom
Put up your fists if all you want is -

Resolved Question: why is marijuana’s main chemical THCor Cannabinoids still illegal?

The Cannabinoid System has been around for over 600 million years. Before the Dinosaurs. The Cannabinoid System is continuously evolutioning and has been retained by all new species. Food and feeding is at the heart of the Cannabinoid System.
1. Cannabinoids are in every living animal on the planet above Hydra and Mollusks, with the exception of insects. Bodies are homeostatically maintained by the Cannabinoid System.
2. Mothers give their babies a booster shot of cannabinoids in mothers milk to give them the munchies because they have to learn to eat. (they’ve been fed thru the umbilical cord and did not have to know how to eat.)
3. Mice lacking the CB1 receptors don’t like any changes. If they are moved to another part of the cage they act upset and when they are put back to the original spot in the cage they relax, but if then put into another part of the cage they get upset again. Comment: I wonder if people, especially drug warriors, had their CB1 receptors blocked then they would resist change and the ones of us that have unblocked CB1 receptors enjoy the benefits of cannabinoids are a lot more relaxed and not paranoid about or over change. Interesting thought. It turns out that that thought is absolutely correct. Many people’ brains are not capable of a good connection to the CB1 CB2 receptors.
4. All new species utilize cannabinoids.
5. By being alive and breathing air our bodies produce “free radicals”. Cannabinoids help to reverse this action.
6. Cannabinoids do kill brain cells, but the brain cells they kill are called “Glioma” or Cancer of the brain(Tumor). All other brain cells are protected and healed by cannabinoids. (Glioma cells cannot tolerate the action of cannabinoids)
7. Cannabinoids protect against sunburn and skin cancer because of the CB1 receptors in our skin.
8. Cannabinoids slow down the aging process. Mice that their brains respond to cannabinoids live longer and mice that have brains that block the CB1 receptors die younger.
9. Activity in the evolutionary advanced areas of the brain is increased in cannabinoids receptors and promotes higher consciousness levels.
10. Cannabinoids are even found in the white blood cells (CB2 receptors). The CB2 receptors are found predominantly on immunological cells and regulate the shift in the immune system to the anti-inflammatory mode.
11. Cannabinoids protect the heart against Arythmia.
12. The way it works on pain is there is specific nerves that deal with pain. They are called vanilloid-Receptors. Anandamide(sanscript word for “Blissful Amide”), the bodies internally produced marijuana binds with the nerve endings, reducing pain. Anandamides are produced internally by our bodies in response to a whole variety of conditions. As an example, Aspirin prevents the breakdown of Anandamide, the internally produced marijuana to activate & start working at easing pain. How many old lady’s say they “WOULD NEVER” use marijuana & are actually using the equivalent of marijuana that their bodies produce as a natural activity, & don’t even realize it. And how many politicians and citizens of the US do this also & aren’t even aware they are condemning something that their bodies make naturally. Anecdotal evidence is valid because when a person smokes marijuana & it relieves their pain, then they smoke it again & it relieves their pain again it becomes a fact known only to that person, but nonetheless true.
13. In the case of most autoimmune diseases, the bodies immune cells produces free radicals & is destroying it’s own body as a foreign object. Cannabis pushes the immune system into anti inflammatory mode & helps slow the progression of that disease, thereby slowing down the aging process.
14. Seizures are controlled by marijuana not only THC, but non-psychoactive cannabidiol.(CBD) The exact mechanism is not known, however HEMP is high in CBD’s & can cancel out the psychoactive high of THC & at the same time benefits the user or smoker. Cannabinoids control everything in our bodies including our minds.
15. There are many other things that Cannabinoids do in the body, besides attaching to the CB1 and CB2 receptors, the main cannabinoid receptors in the higher part of our brain. Cannabinoids affect our skin and other parts of our bodies.
16. Pharmaceutical companies are working at sythesizing different cannabinoid components and different types of strains of marijuana. If they can succeed, then there will be more choices for you and I to choose from and we will be able to use what works best for our particular bodies.

Open Question: My dog has been coughing for 4 months?
My Shih Tzu has been coughing for 4 months and I have brought him to 3 vet clinics, seen 5 vets and 18 medical reviews in these few months but no one vet can cure his coughing problem.
I have done xrays and blood tests which doesn’t reveal any problems in his heart, lung and liver. Though the liver function test shows slightly elevated ALKP level but the vet is not worry about it as the elevation was due to the drugs. The Chemistry profile, CBC shows that everything is normal. The xrays show an enlarged heart but it isn’t abnormal. No heart murmur. No heartworm either.
He was diagnosed with heart problem and pnuemonia initially but the last vet we seen convinced us there is nothing wrong with my dog’s heart and lung. He said the cough is due to a soft windpipe and he will cough for the rest of his life. He has 3-5 light coughs about 5-8 times per day. Other than coughing, he is perfectly well. He has a nice shine on his coat, a pair of clear eyes, no abnormal ear discharge, eating very well, alert and playful.
When I double checked with the current vet, if the cough is due to lung tumor or liver stress, the vet confidently said no. I noticed he coughs from his abdomen. I don’t know if this is something that I have to settle with or I should continue to investigate it.. Is there something I have overlooked?
Can anyone give me some pointers?

Open Question: Should dermatoligists do check ups on general health before offering medications for acne?
I ask this because with such dangerous drugs like Accutane and loads of antibiotics that do more damage then good, I believe it should be required to see what might be going on in other parts of your body that is making your skin unable to regulate common bacteria thus enabling the developmentacne legions.
I say this because i have battled acne for the last 5 years, terribly the last two. My problem? Lack of dental hygiene. I never flossed a day in my life, and would brush only sporadically daily.
As soon, and I mean the very next day, as I visited a dentist and had an uber cleaning, I literally woke up the next day, and this is even after I put finger to face and brought world war three on the latest globby whiteheads, the next mornign I woke up with ZERO new lesion. I had at this point became used to making my way to the bathroom every morning to see what new buildups and pimples where now there. A week later, and my face is the clearest it’s been in years and I couldn’t be more thrilled.
My point is, I believe acne is allowed to check in if your bodies’ immunde defenses are busy waging war elsewhere in the body. In my case it was my body fighting the stuff eating away at my gums. I swear I will never go a day without 3x brushing sessions, flossing flouride mouthwash and the waterpick. Good oral health, by the way, combats everything from cancers to heart disease,
Dermatologists would ensure their patients health by inquiring about what’s going on the body instead of looking at the damage cystic acne can wreak and prescribing medications that only further disrupt immune activity. This is serious am I wrong? The vast numbers of those with unfortunate oral care regimans compare to the vast numbers of acne suffers, and I don’t believe it’s a coincidence.

Open Question: Update on cause of death in my beloved dog’s mysterious death?
Hey people-
A couple days ago I posted about my beloved dog’s illness and after battling 24 hrs with it, she unfortunately passed away. We didn’t know why she had died. We got her lab values back and they were all over the place. Like I said in another post also, she had low glucose, high liver panel measurements (like for the ALT or AST or whatever it’s called), and a high WBC count. We called our vet again to see if he could look over the labs again and tell us what exactly she died from. He did, and then also given her symptoms plus the labs, my dog died from Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis. I am posting this because just in case anyone else experiences something like this, I want to let you know what to look for. This disease tends to affect older dogs around 13 yrs old (my dog was 13). Her symptoms were the following lethargy, depression, somewhat “snappy” towards our other animals when they came around her water dish, she was very thirsty and urinated a lot. We found her laying down and she wouldn’t get up and when we lifted her, we noticed she had wet herself. She eventually, a few hours later, developed a neurological problem- she was disoriented, her eyes were twitching (it unfortunately threw our vet off into thinking she had vestibular disease), her nose had become dry (a healthy dog has a cold wet nose), she lost bowel control, when the vet pressed on her belly area, she yelped in pain- please, if anyone’s dog does this and they are older, order a CBC quick. Her blood pressure also dropped very low. She eventually started having seizures and went into shock. The shock makes it hard for a dog to breath and get oxygen. This makes them hyperventilate and pay attention to their face. My dog’s cheeks would “balloon out” as when a person is also out of breath from say running up a hill. This eventually makes it so hard to breathe, they stop breathing and their heart stops. They tried resuscitating our little Annie but failed. Acute means it came on suddenly and believe me it does and they die within a day. Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas and necrotizing means that necrosis is setting in. Which in laymen terms means Annie’s pancreas died/stopped working. She was fine two weeks ago, but now she’s in doggie heaven. So, if you have a dog that has these symptoms and you are trying to have them tested for everything and nothing seems to be coming up. Try doing a CBC and fast.

Open Question: Do I have anything wrong with my heart?
For a while now, and I’ve never gotten this checked out before, my heart does this thing where it speeds up slightly I guess. But it feels like its skipping beats (Yes I know that’s impossible because Id be a walking heart attack) but it’s not painful it’s just uncomfortable. But I know its abnormal. I just don’t know if I have a heart murmur or what? I can’t explain what it is or what happens I just know its uncomfortable and I just try not to move when it happens so it’ll pass. Any suggestions as to what this could possibly be?
I’m dying? You’re original.

Open Question: 12 year old Boxer Health Advice?
I have a 12 year old boxer with congestive heart failure. She has a very bad heart murmur and she won’t eat some days, sometimes for two days. I went to the vet, she gave us a diarretic called lasix to drain her lungs of fluid. A cardiac exam is close to $700. Does anyone or any vets have any advice or suggestions?

Open Question: I think my dog is pregnant and she is too old, what to do?
2 years ago I responded to an internet advertisement about a 2 year old female Shih Tzu that had been rescued and needed a new home. We drove the 4 hours to get her went through the adoption process etc. Once we arrived to get her my husband and I both thought that she looked much older than 2 but it was not an issue for us. We love the breed and wanted a playmate for our other female Shih Tzu. The vet said she is much older than 2 when we got her, she assumed that she was 5 to 6 years old then which would put her at 7 to 8 years old now. She also has a mild heart murmur that she takes medication for daily.
Here is my problem. Last week I put both of my dogs in our kennel that is attached to our back door, instead of putting them in the yard for their outdoor playtime because SHE (the 7 OR 8 YR.OLD) was in heat. Our neighbors have 18 dogs on their property (It is horrible) and they are always getting loose and they can jump our fence. We bought the kennel specifically for this reason because it had a chained roof also. Well one of them got loose, dug under my fence and when I went out to bring the dogs in from their afternoon playtime he was in the kennel with her and they were “Tied”! I am furious and did contact the dog warden once again but that doesn’t help the fact that I have an older dog with a heart murmur who is now probably pregnant. Any suggestions?

Open Question: Sudden Slurred Speech?
The other day I was shopping with my husband, when all of a sudden as I was talking to him from down a shopping aisle, my speech became slow, and slurred. I would stop and restart the sentence and it would still be slurred. My tongue felt numb, and I felt very “out of it”. I am only 23 but I do have a form of heart disease and some history of other medical issues (heart murmur) etc.
Should I be seriously worried?

Open Question: What is my definition of happiness?
Recently I had a comment that really made me sad, he said he is miserable, and it just breaks my heart when I think about how so many people on this world without Jesus are miserable, now WAIT before you insult me for even brining up Jesus or rebelling, what I speak is the TRUTH, so many people turn to sex, drugs, alcohol but they still feel worthless on the inside. But what they don’t know is JESUS is the only one who can truly give you joy on the inside, I recently had a comment on my other question of a guy saying “yes I’m very happy and I’m a gay male.” Not judging but he’s obviously trying to cope with the fact that he is confused and that has to be horrible, he’s eventually going to catch a disease, and his “happiness” isn’t going to last because of how sinful it is. He needs God to change his ways and only then will he find true peace with his-self and that goes for everyone, I already know about the ones who are reading this, some are saying “this guy is ridiculous” the philosophers are “laughing”. The party animals are saying “this dude needs to go out and have fun and get some *****”. I know that the atheist are saying “there is no God”. But they all share one common root, they don’t trust in God! God said in his bible it is through our trust in him that we are happy, so far all those out there who feel they are miserable and worthless, you’re not God loves you so much and he wouldn’t have died for your sins, and you have a place in God’s Kingdom, God has a place made especially for you, and a child of God is anything but worthless. And each and everyone of us has a diving purpose and gifts that God has given us and we can use them to make changes in this world, and God will show you the way you are truly suppose to live, and only then are you in your right place. I know I’m probably going to get many ignorant an hateful comments but that’s ok, for those out there who want true change, just go to Jesus and cry out to his name.:)
