Open Question: Can death make mistakes?
Okay, there was this man that i’ve known since I was a baby and he was my dads friend. A day before Micheal Jackson passed away, he died of almost the same thing that Micheal Jackson died of,his heart just stopped. He was 39 years old,and then his bday was some days before Michael Jacksons to,August the 21 and his last name was even Jackson.Chistopher L. Jackson. He even could sing and stuff to but he wasn’t famous,I loved his lullabyes he used to sing a long with my dad and his other friends and my mommy when I was a baby :).
Then on June 21,I was in a car accident and my heart just stopped( i have a heart murmur)and I slipped out for a minute and I honestly didn’t know I was dead because I felt so wonderful and I couldn’t feel any pain anymore and I was born on August 23..O.o
I was wondering,is it possible that death can make mistakes and come for the wrong person because I find that bizzarly eery that they had so much in common and died a day apart.

Open Question: How embarrassing is this procedure?!?
When I went for my last physical the doctor thought he heard a heart murmur. I am being sent to a pediatric cardiologist to get an ultrasound done. What is this? Do I need to take my top off? Or my bra? The doctor is a male so will he see my boobs? What is going to happen?

Jacqui Darbyshire asked:

Is actually quite easy, once you know how to, to attract a woman and the good news is, that looks don’t matter!  In fact, once you know what you need to do to attract a woman, you will find you have them falling at your feet, regardless of what you look like!

Women are emotional creatures by nature, so while looks may be a part of the attraction, it’s how you portray yourself from the inside that really gets their hearts fluttering.

So to attract a woman, there are a few simple things you need to do, in order to improve your chances of success, as follows:

1.   Don’t come on too strong

Don’t show too much interest in them either, as this will make you look like you are desperate or needy. This is a big turnoff for women, so it is important you play it cool instead.

2.   Confidence

As opposed to arrogance, confidence is a huge turn on for women. Confident men have an air of superiority that outshines those who lack confidence. Whether most women would like to admit it or not, they want their man to be somebody who can protect them, and have the confidence to do so. There is however a fine line between confidence and arrogance, and while it is okay to talk about yourself, it shouldn’t be the only thing that you talk about. You are better off showing more interest in what she has to say rather than what you want to say. She will love that you care enough to listen to what she has to say.

3.   Humour

You don’t want to be the class clown so to speak, however if you are able to make her laugh it helps to break the tension. This means she will feel more comfortable around you, and will enjoy spending time with you. If you’re too serious, you will come across as dull and boring.

4.   Eye contact

Without staring, look her in the eye when you’re talking to her, and smile and nod appropriately. This shows her that you are listening to her, but also that you have the confidence to look her in the eye, and again it is confidence that women like in men.

5.   Don’t be too available

This is kind of like playing hard to get, but probably not as hard as you think. For example, when arranging to meet up sometime, explain that you have plans on a specific date, but then suggest another time. This will show her that at this point you have a list of other priorities, and that at this stage she is not at the top of that list. It kind of gives the feeling of wanting what you cannot have!

Once you know how to attract a woman, and once you understand that it is really how you act on how you are the inside that makes a difference, and not your looks, you will find that you will not ever have any trouble attracting women into your life.

Open Question: Christians what do you say of this?
Please read and give m your thoughts maybe answer the questions he asks.
Chief Seattle’s (native american) 1854 oration -ver 1, paragraph 4, 5, 6
” Our good father in Washington–for I presume he is now our father as well as yours, since King George has moved his boundaries further north–our great and good father, I say, sends us word that if we do as he desires he will protect us. His brave warriors will be to us a bristling wall of strength, and his wonderful ships of war will fill our harbors, so that our ancient enemies far to the northward — the Haidas and Tsimshians — will cease to frighten our women, children, and old men. Then in reality he will be our father and we his children. But can that ever be? Your God is not our God! Your God loves your people and hates mine! He folds his strong protecting arms lovingly about the paleface and leads him by the hand as a father leads an infant son. But, He has forsaken His Red children, if they really are His. Our God, the Great Spirit, seems also to have forsaken us. Your God makes your people wax stronger every day. Soon they will fill all the land. Our people are ebbing away like a rapidly receding tide that will never return. The white man’s God cannot love our people or He would protect them. They seem to be orphans who can look nowhere for help. How then can we be brothers? How can your God become our God and renew our prosperity and awaken in us dreams of returning greatness? If we have a common Heavenly Father He must be partial, for He came to His paleface children. We never saw Him. He gave you laws but had no word for His red children whose teeming multitudes once filled this vast continent as stars fill the firmament. No; we are two distinct races with separate origins and separate destinies. There is little in common between us.
To us the ashes of our ancestors are sacred and their resting place is hallowed ground. You wander far from the graves of your ancestors and seemingly without regret. Your religion was written upon tablets of stone by the iron finger of your God so that you could not forget. The Red Man could never comprehend or remember it. Our religion is the traditions of our ancestors — the dreams of our old men, given them in solemn hours of the night by the Great Spirit; and the visions of our sachems, and is written in the hearts of our people.
Your dead cease to love you and the land of their nativity as soon as they pass the portals of the tomb and wander away beyond the stars. They are soon forgotten and never return. Our dead never forget this beautiful world that gave them being. They still love its verdant valleys, its murmuring rivers, its magnificent mountains, sequestered vales and verdant lined lakes and bays, and ever yearn in tender fond affection over the lonely hearted living, and often return from the happy hunting ground to visit, guide, console, and comfort them. ”

not trying to start any arguments, just want a Christian perspective seeings it is a rather compelling speech.
i agree the native americans had a great system, they loved the earth and the earth loved them back, they didnt care for war, they do not judge other religions like Christians harras everyone tht do not follow their beliefs, the body is emotionaly attached to the earth and they love their ancestors, not a single deity.

Ive recently been to the doctor, and went there because I have cold/flu like symptoms, the doctor said he thought he heard a murmur, and to come back in three months to check to make sure it wasn’t something from me being sick. If it is a murmur what kind would be most likly i have? My heart beats a lot with activity and i have shortness of breath. Just going from siting to standing my heart races. He only heard it with a stethocope. not sure if this helps any. But i need to know if i should wait the three months.

Open Question: It feels as though someone is sitting on my chest, what could this mean?
I was on Ortho Tri Cyclen Low to regulate and help my period and also prevent pregnancy. Before i started taking it, and even when I continued to take it, I was bleeding 2-3 weeks a month and usually for the first few days of it it was a dark brown discharge. A month into it or so i started feeling plenty of symptoms. numbness of legs and arms, shortness of breath, chest pain, headaches, nausea and fatigue. I went to family planning when i was on my third pack and they told me to instantly stop taking my birth control and see a doctor as soon as possible. I did, they found out I cant take in any more estrogen then my body already has so they want to start me on a ‘mini-pill’ thats just progestin, they said if I stayed on estrogen birth control I would have more then likely died from a heart attack, and they were speaking of POS (polycistic ovarian syndrome) so I have to get an ultra sound next month to look at my uterus lining and they also took some blood. That was only this past tuesday. I also had a Bacterial Vaginosis so they put me on some medication called Metronidazole. This past week ive been expieriencing the heart/chest pains more frequently and more powerful. It feels as though someone is sitting on my chest and I cant take a full deep breath in, i feel sharp pains on the upper right part of my chest through the day, but the deep breath problem stays all day. My legs and arms randomly start tingleling and then they instantly become numb. My lips even went numb this morning and started to twitch and unintentionally purse up. This scares me, Ive hear blood clots from my birth control, Ive heard an inflamed muscle by the rib cage, ive heard severe panic attack and ive heard heart murmur..should I go to the ER and get checked? or am I stable enough to wait until monday when doctor office’s are more open? What do you think it could be?

Open Question: Do you think that people are living longer in the US, or dying sooner?
I think many are dying sooner from cancers, random heart attacks (and thought they are younger and fit), and due to others disease that are increasing at younger ages.
I bet if the ages are averaged out, it will show that people are dying younger than they did 10-30 years ago.
CodyTheConservative: I didn’t mention health care, because most who are young and healthy who died of heart attacks didn’t even see a doctor.
Spartacus 6: It’s not normal for healthy people to suddenly died of heart attacks or respiratory failure. There’s a lot of athletes and runners who have died this way and not just famous ones, some just regular people participating in a local marathon.

Open Question: Do you find my poem interesting?
I’m 17 btw.
The air is so soft over my cheeks
i feel the stars talking to me
like those nights i stood on the beach
the sea murmuring once again
it spoke of a boy who cried
that boy was me
i thought the world was the place for me to see
the sun singing to the stars and the sea
but now, i feel the earth weeping underneath
where the sorrow of everyone is buried since millions of years.
My heart is so heavy that it can drag me down to him
the one friend that abandoned me
he said he’ll wait with a tulip in his hands.
Although i broke his heart, he promised he’ll dream of our times
the times when i patted him on the shoulder and asked him to glee.
now i’m alone with the moon and the stars standing all above me.

Resolved Question: My friend is hurt—will he be alright?
So, my good friend was at warped tour and he was moshing (i told him not to but he never listens). He ran into this kid he hates(well they really hate eachother) and they started fighting inside the moshpit. Long story short, my friend beat him up and the kid got one of his older and much larger friends to hurt my friend. He kicked him in the chest really hard, and other crap and my friend fell and blacked out. Actually, his heart wasn’t beating for a short amount of time. He got rushed to the hospital and was stuck in icu for awhile. Now, he’s got arythmia, right bundle blockage, a bruised heart, and messed up arteries. Not to mention a couple bruised ribs.
He’s not going to take it easy. I know him.
I feel like it’s my fault because I gave him a ride there, he asked me to and I knew he really wanted to go so I meant well. I still feel guilty.
…Is he going to be like this his entire life? What do you think is going to happen to him? (he’s 15 by the way)
