Open Question: I have one wish, what would you wish for?
Basically have sent off a referral form to see if i am eligible for a wish from the make a wish foundation.
I’m 16 and have a complex form of congenital heart disease.
Anyway, i’m not really sure how this works.
Has anyone ever made a wish?
What happened?
Whats the process?
Also, if i did get accepted i wouldn’t be sure what to wish for.

Open Question: What are the main reasons Republicans want to kill the Health Care Reform Bill?
Other than wanting President Obama to fail.
I can’t believe that every Republican has health insurance in this economy. Why are they being such inhumane snobs? In California the unemployment rate is over 10% & it includes people from both parties. Cancer, heart disease, etc., etc., does not discriminate between political parties yet treatment is very limited if you don’t have insurance.
I have 3 adult children who all work but have no insurance. They pay hundreds of dollars out to get treatment for any ailment, because they work. It isn’t fair.
Do Republicans just feel they’re going to be supporting people on welfare? Everyone with insurance pays over $1,000 per year in hidden costs of the uninsured.
Block Me. You are truly an ignorant person. My children are all homeowners & you have no right to call them brats.
Don’t bother to ‘answer’ any reasonable questions again.
Canada, France & England have run similar National Health Care programs for decades that work efficiently.

Open Question: My yorkshire terrier has a heart murmur and has a bloated belly?
My yorkshire terrier, who is about 12 years old went to the vets a couple of months back. The vet, then announced he has a heart murmur and is on the 4-6 stage. When we asked about his bloated belly, the vet said it is because he has liquid in his lungs. They issued some fluid tablets to get rid of it.
We then took him again to another vet after he had finished all of his tablets and they said he doesn’t have liquid in his lungs anymore. But he still has a bloated belly… why is this?
I AM going back to the vet tomorrow, but as a loving owner of the dog i would like to know today… so please answer respectively.

Open Question: is there a dental organization who can assist me with the wide range of needs that i have?
i have very advance stage of periodontal disease which has now lead to heart disease. some of my teeth are broken off and terribly infected. i do not have dental insurance. i am a full time student living on workmans compensation. is therre a program that can assist me before i have another heart attack?

Open Question: I went to MEPS 12/21-22/09 and i have a heart murmur so im temporary disqualified until i go back to MEPS?
to see the cardiologist. Has this happened to you and if so how long did it take for you to get scheduled to see the doctor. They told me no longer than 3 weeks and its been 4weeks. So yeah im disappointed because my MOS was 68w and i was supposed to leave 2010/03/30 for basic now my ship out date is going to get push back and im hoping there is still a need for the 68w MOS. thanks for all input

Open Question: Pleasse help me out about my weight, I want to lose it.?
I eat alot, and I tihkn I have a binge eating disorder. I feel fat and I have a fear of heart disease and obesity but I don’t care about it in the moment when I’m hungry. I want to be skinny, but I always tommorrow I’ll start but i binge again, I’m so sick of this and I feel hopeless and all I’ll do is just gain and gain weight and never lose it. I also tried telling my mom about this but she basically ignores me. I want to change my body for good. Please is there any really good motivations that ork, or anything I can do, or stufff that I can take or eat. And please no acai berry or stuff like that. Thanks

Open Question: Weird thoughts about death?
So, I know this might sound weird, but lately it just feels like I’m getting old and my life should be nearing it’s end soon. I’m not depressed or wanting to “end it all” or anything, I just feel like I don’t want to grow old and die from something like a stroke or heart failure, I’d rather be killed some other way, not by my own body failing on me. I feel like I’ve lived my life and that there’s nothing really left for me to do in this world…which I’ve heard some older people say as well, problem is I’m only 18. I have a good life, I’m a happy sophomore in college getting a degree in biology, but I guess it just seems pointless now, I’ve already lived the “golden years” of my life (highschool) and it kind of feels like I’m just wasting time waiting to die. =/ I don’t WANT to die, I’m more of just…ready. The thought of dying doesn’t really bother me much. But the thought of how I die is increasingly important. Disease or sickness is NOT the way I want to go, I want to die for something meaningful “guns blazing” so to speak. I’ve considered joining the armed forces to possibly fulfill this wish. Are these normal thoughts? Can you be suicidal without being depressed or unhappy with life? Or is this a normal phase when your life starts to slow down a bit? Sorry if this is a weird questions, any answers would be appreciated.
I said high school was my “golden years” mainly because I go to a community college now so it’s not like what you think of with “college life” you just go to class and go home, no dorms, no parties or anything like that. Also the majority of people I hung out with either moved away or I lost connection with so all I really do now is eat, work, go to school, and sleep. I’m not unhappy about this, it’s just not a very interesting or meaningful experience in my mind.

Open Question: Do you know of support groups for children with disabilities?
Wondering if anyone knows of support groups for parents/siblings of a child with developmental delays possibly wheelchair bound children non communicating? No diagnosis in particular.
I have a 8 mon old son with Down Syndrome, brain malformation, heart condition (VSD) murmur. His pronosis is unclear but doctors think he will have severe developmental delays.

Open Question: I get so upset over guys and cry and get so hurt when there’s so much worse things in the world?

Open Question: My dog got sent home without medicinde or pain killers after being neuterd?
A few days ago I got my dog out of the pound and they neutered him and gave him to me the same day after the surgery and did not give me any pain medicine or anti biotics. It got open and got infected the next day. We took him to the Vet today and he said that they should’ve given us at least some sort of pain killers, because of the pain he got a heart murmur.
Was the pound supposed to give me something? Any ideas?
Yes, I got my dog an E-Collar but it still got infected and open.
Should the shelter pay for the new surgery?
it got infected with puss and it smelled so bad the whole house
the vet said she never seen any thing like these before how can it got infected so fast
