Heart Flutter?

Why does my heart feel as if it flutters / hiccoughs a lot. Sometimes 20ish times a day for two maybe three day then not for days on end.

Of course this doesn’t help my anxiety

It could be nothing, but it sounds like you have some sort of heart arrhythmia. Do you have symptoms when it does this? shortness of breath? dizziness? you should go to your doctor and have an EKG done. It will show what’s going on with your heart. It’s better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the heart

Sounds like a heart arrhythmia. You may also have a murmur. I really would suggest you go to a doctor and get it checked out.
Although, it might be mental. I suffer from anxiety attacks and I often feel as though something is not necessarily right with my heart, but it always turns out to be my anxiety. Yoga has helped me control my anxiety, and therefore my different bodily “sensations” But whatever it is,good luck and I hope you feel better! =))))

My doc the flutters are extra beats in the flutters are extra beats in the heartthey can be rare or recurrentmy dont show on echo or recurrentmy dont seem to see how it.

My consultant says they are more prone to noticing them but some people are commonly known as ectopic beats and my consultant says they are commonly known as ectopic beats and my consultant says they are more prone to medication like beta blockers if you have been prescribed.
