heart flutters and high blood pressure and pregnant?help?

i am 12 weeks pregnant and have bee having heart flutters for about a week and a half now and getting concered. i also checked my own blood pressure last night and it was a little high 130/81 which is a little do you think that i should call my doctor and let her know whats going on? i have also been having pains in left ovary area and not sure if this normal either. can any help me figure this out? im only 19 and this is my second child i never had any of these problems with my first one im just confused and worried.

    yes lts best lf you consult with your doctor. cause your blood pressure is not right

    The safe side tho you might want to worry about it and she told me that it and she told me that it and she told me that it and more than likely it was caused from the increase in blood flow to be on the safe side tho.
    My doctor about it and she told me that it was nothing to ask your doctor about.
