heart flutters and muscle twitches?

could the two be related? lately when im lying in bed or sitting down ive been have involantary muscle twictches or spasms.

and then a few days ago i started get heart flutters the flutters have only happened like 3 times,

but im wondering if the two could be related and if so whats going on with me?
im not on any meds i dont drink caffine and i dont think its stress i feel fine emotionaly and mentally

      see a doctor and incease your potassium intake. bananas are a good potassium source.

      The flutters can easilly by dispensed with just by coughing…the twitches are where?
