Heart flutters and palpatations?

What’s the difference between heart flutters and heart palpatations?? The last couple of days I’ve been feeling what I could call flutters in my heart. It’s only during the day and I’ve only had about 5 a day?? It’s almost like someone’s slightly poking me from the inside and i get that scared feeling like you’re on a roller coaster drop. My heart rate doesn’t go up or anything. Anyone know what might be going on ??
I do drink at least 1 cup of coffee a day. Sometimes it’s even a Starbucks latte..
