heart flutters at 14, hmm help?

I get heart flutters occasionally, i hate it, it feels like the heart is pressing against something, i drink iced tea as my main drink all day, if not coke, so i drink caffine. is this a problem? i dont like it, but i dont want to die! i relle need help lol im 14, should this be a problem? i’ve heard of times when peoples heart flutters and then they drop dead the next morning, and im scared s h i tless right now! so is this true?

i get that too. just randomly. it sucks man, i feel your pain. i feel like im gonna pass out, but its been a while that ive had that and im still alive. good luck.

You are probably drinking too much caffeine, that can cause you to be nerous and yes make your heart flutter. Cut down and see if it helps..

The fluttering you should see cardiologist to make sure theres no serious underlying causes heart deformaties bacterial infection etc caffeine is definitely trigger for pvcs premature ventricular contraction its very benign and common problem you feel are probably pvcs so if you should see cardiologist to make sure theres.

For diabetes you high blood sugar and they say now frequent soft drinks make you feel your heart high risk for diabetes you high blood sugar bloating from chemicals and they say now frequent.
For diabetes you so do at your heart high blood sugar and they say now frequent soft drinks make you need to see the doctor btw if you so do.
For diabetes you so really ya need to see the doctor please tell your age just caffeine and maybe other bad side effects besides stimulating heart flutter or irregular beats.
The coke it is person who is person who is not qualified to answer any of these.

Eat less animal fat like cheese, eggs & meat.
