Heart flutters caused by excess gas?

Relativ asked:

I am 19 years old and have been exercising fine, etc. I don’t ever have any chest pain or anything but I have these tiny heart flutters every once in a while. Today there were 3 in a row. What could it be? I’m seeing a doctor tomorrow but your input would be valued.

Maybe stress or Anxiety related issues? Could this be anything to do with abnormal stress?
