Heart flutters that are coming more frequently?

For about the last week I have been having heart flutters, sometimes they make me extremely dizzy. My first thought was that I was drinking too much caffeine, but I quit drinking any after the first flutter. They haven’t gotten any more severe, but they are coming a bit more frequently. I am 24 and don’t have any history with heart problems except for an Arrhythmia that I have had since I was a child. Is this something that I should be concerned about or will it eventually go away?

there are many different types of arrhythmias. Afib, tachy, etc. Besides caffine and other stimulants they can also be brought on by stress and anxiety, having any problems with that recently? I would definately get it checked out to play it safe.

For caffeine and get thorough exam with arrhythmia from childhood assume you have had an arrhythmia af about 12 years ago and gradually over the best solution to your question.
