I am 24, have high blood pressure, family history of heart disease. Should I worry about my heart flutter?

It’s a new thing. It’s been happening for about 2 weeks. A light flutter feeling like my heart is beating too quickly. My grandfather dropped dead of a heart attack at 32 and ALL my grandparents have had stroke, heart attack, or both. Should I see my doctor? I’ve also just opened a new business so I admit I am a little( okay a lot) stressed out. I had an EKG last year when I was having regular (daily)chest pain and everything was normal-just stressed related (my other grandfather was in poor health and I was getting married so I had cause to be). Could this be nothing as well?
I do the treadmill every night for 45 min and while I’m not abs of steel girl I’m not in the double digit sizes (yet, with hope never). There is no found reason for my high blood pressure. Kidneys fine.
I have a lot of food allergies so I can’t eat wheat, potatoes,a lot of fruit, cheese,or shellfish. I admit I do eat more meat than I should. But I miss out on a lot of processed foods b/c of allergies so I’m doing better than a lot of people.
You know I sound like that kid Thomas J. from My girl. So sad.

It does sound like anxiety and stress. That will do it and flutters are normal if they are not frequent. It is good to keep getting check ups and definitely maintain good health.
