My heart flutters a lot what could be causing it?

Its not caffiene or aspertame. It flutters for about 2 weeks then dies down for a while and starts back up later. I got an echocardiogram done and it was normal.
When I was younger, it used to flutter everu once and while and now it’s more frequent. I thought it could a be a mutation in my genes. I would like to go to a doc, but I have no health insurance until I go back to school.

      Probably a valve problem or an electrical problem. They should investigate deeper than just an eeg. You don’t want to develop a blood clot from all the irregular beats.
