My heart flutters when it gets really cold, is this normal?

my heart flutters (contracts) when the temperature drops, it happens a few times and then stops when it gets warm again. Is this normal?

      No it’s not I would go see a doctor as soon as you can, it could be serious. Good luck.

      could be bp problems check with your doctor
