Every now and then my heart will like,flutter and i can feel it beating hard and really fast,there is no pain and it only lasts a couple of minutes,what could cause this,by the way,my blood pressure today was 151/78.I have no other problems except for this.

I;m not a doctor,but sounds like your heart may be doing a extra beat.get it check out by a doctor please.
You may have a dysrythmia, which means your heart is beating abnormally. Some of these aren’t dangerous but many of them are, it would be best to get checked out by your doc. just to make sure
