Open Question: A good weight loss plan?
Ok i know i need to excercise and all that and eat better. And i have been doing that , i do taekwando 1 hour a day 3 days a week and i jog about 15 minutes almost everyday (the minutes go up and up everyday but if i am sore and very tired or have something to do, the minutes go down). I’m trying to drink tea and I started this weight loss plan not even a month ago (almost a month) and i lost about like 2 pounds. But i really want to lose more. I’m alittle un comfortable with my body and thats why. And i dont want to have heart disease or things like that when i grow up so im trying to lose about 15-20 pounds in a couple months. Any natural way (like specific excercise or foods) that will help me achieve this goal? And I’m 13 so i don’t want anything that has to do with ordering pills or stuff like that.
