DO YOU KNOW WHAT DISEASE SHE HAS?
these are the signs and symptoms:
Elaine is a 43 yr old mexican american obese female. she presented to the ER with 5 week history of RUQ abdominal pain, made worse with eaeting greasy food. but her pain had gotten progressivley worsened since last night with associated fever, nausea and vomitting. on exam, she was noted to have a temp of 102, heart rate 106, respiration 22 and with RUQ/MEG tenderness to palpitation…
please help!! you will be greatly appreciated!!

Open Question: I went to the doctor the other day and he told me that my son who is 5 months old has a heart murmur, ?
the doctor didn’t seem to concerned about it as he said it wasn’t there at birth or any other doctor appointment. He said he would just monitor it. Is this normal????
