Open Question: Any doctors here? The hospital refuses to have me checked but i feel I might have a heart problem?

I recently had a successful interview at a care home and got the job of care assistant. However when I filled out the health form I had to tick yes to a few things(dizziness,fainting,low blood pressure) and then I had a call from the health regulations people who asked me lots of questions etc. They gave the verdict to the company that I could work, but should work with another person around me until I get my Checks done (im awaiting a 24 hour ECG as I had a few fainting spells a few months ago, and I have a slight heart murmur, which has to be checked out now and then. I also have low blood pressure as I said). Im going tomorow to talk to the manager about it, do you think they will still take me on or will they not because of my health issues?
What do I tell him? I need and want this job so much and im worried ill loose it

Because of the stupid medical system where I live, doctors are always in short supply and only available for those who are already dying, so I never get taken seriously. But I’m having weird problems. I am 17 years old, and keep having very weird jumps in blood pressure. I could have a pressure of 120 - 70 one moment, and in an hour, i could havwe 150-90. I have had 160-90 and that actually happens to be my blood pressure most of the time. It gets way worse if I have coke or coffee and my hands shake and I have a tingling sensation in my heart and have difficulties breathing sometimes. There have been days where I have had arythmia and could actually feel how my heart was beating very unevenly, and it would last for up 20 hours at a time - very disturbing! At times, I get this painful sensation in my chest, like something is poking my heart from the inside, and the left half of my body gets weirdly hot. It’s like the blood in that half of my torso is hotter or something, it’s really strange. I’m not liking this, and I haven’t gotten any help yet. Could you possibly tell me what my problem could be and what I can do about it?
