Open Question: Im so confused,what should I be doing?
Alright well my best guy friend,were gonna call him B.I like B alot,for 4 years now.He’s rarely at school since well,he’s got this disease and yeah,he’s rarely at school.So after 3 weeks he finally came and I was so excited and happy cause I really missed him.Now it’s really hard having like personal outta school hangout time with him because of his doctors appointments and all the stuff he’s gotta do,there’s just not enough hours for us to make time to see eachother.I mean were really close but hangout on personal time is an issue.Anyways.I finally saw him yesterday and while we were walking around school I got the craziest butterflies and I don’t know everytime I just looked at him I couldn’t help but have a huge smile.Also he doesn’t know I like him more then a friend.Everyone claims he has to like me,cause im always the first one he says hi to and bye too and he only gives me a hug and apparently if im talking to someone and im not having any face contact with B,people say he just smiles and stares at me.
Here’s where im so just confused,I’d kill to tell him how I feel cause my hearts telling me he’s just the right guy i’ve been waiting for.It’s just im scared to tell him since he’s just a good friend.One time I told a good friend from that I liked him,and then we just stopped talking.I have this huge fear that it will happen again and I don’t want this to happen with B,he’s such an amazing boy and I really do want to date him im just worried he doesn’t feel the same way back.What do I do? risk ending a good friendship and tell him? or just keep hush and wait and see if maybe in the near future something happens?

Open Question: functional heart murmur?
i was told my 20 month old had a functional heart murmur on Sunday when i took him to a clinic because he had a rash and i wanted to make sure it was not contagious which its not. at that time because he had a little cold they listened to his chest and i was told he had a functional heart murmur.
i was told this type of murmur does not mean anything at all and its a kind that comes and goes or one that’s not heard all the time. there are two people in my family with murmurs my moms mom and my 1st cousin. both whom never grew out of the murmur .
my question is what exactly is a murmur and can it get worse to better?
i called my sons doctor yesterday and a apt was made for thursday so they can see him. the thing is they have never heard of one so i had no clue he had one if he does. is it possible to mistake a murmur for another health problem.
and if he does have one what do they do for a murmur and how is it going to affect my son.
