Open Question: anyone please give me a good adivce on this one… ?
I really need your help, Im 17 years old On last sunday I did poppers(rush), i just did it twice in my life and I will never ever do it again, i wont do any drugs, but since then after finding the info, the syntoms and all that I started to feel nervous, lately having panic attacks but im learning how to deal with them, I regreted so much, that i was crying, I told my mom the truth and she undertands me. I dont know if im exaggerating but these 2 last days I loss my appetite, im worriend and stressed too much. 2 Days after sunday I went to the doctor to get checked, I told her the truth, she checked my heart beat, my pressure, my pulse, and she just told me that im too nervous about that. I didnt get any mental damage, I could think rite better than before because If it was rite now to take that drug I wouldnt do it, are those real syntoms or I should see a psychologist? The rest of my body is alrite, but this got me like traumatized, but these last days im getting better, I joke wit people, I go to school and really pay attention, do homework, but the panic still there, lets make it shorter, my mind is alrite but my nervous aren’t. By the way im not addicted to any drug, that was my first and last drug that I’ll ever take, before taking that drug i didnt have any disease, I was healthy or IDK if im still, and one more thing I’m starting to go to Christian church, and read the bible cuz my family does that, and God is the only one thats there for you, but this wont happen again. If you have had those syntoms that im having now you’re more welcome to answer, same to professionals.
