Open Question: Umm…Bad heart pains?
I have a heart murmur (an extra sound in my heart), and I recently got an echocardiogram. The doctor said I had to cut down on the soda (I drink one a day) because it could cause some serious damage to my body if I don’t…And I might end up with heart disease. Of course I didn’t listen to her…Being a sodaholic and all xD. But lately I’ve been getting some pretty subtle, but noticeable pains in my heart. I think it might be caused from the soda, because it seems to happen right after I drink one. I just need to know if anyone has this, and has any advice to get it to stop…or if anyone knows what the cause is, if not the soda.

Isn’t that when you throw up in your throat? (At least, that’s what my mom told me xD).
The heart pains are very subtle and then come and go, but it’s pretty painful when they come. It’s almost like someone’s pushing out from inside my chest for a couple seconds and then letting go. Not really sure how to explain it. But I don’t think it’s acid reflux. D: Thanks for the suggestion, though, I really do appreciate it.
