Open Question: breathing difficulties. normal?

December 2nd, 2009 | by admin | Open Question: GOT HERPES????? SHOULD I TELL HIM?
I was visually diagnosed with herpes years ago. I felt obligated to tell my partners about my condition. Apparently after years of tests, my doctor has concluded that I have some form of amunity to this disease, because I was born with what causes cold sores (a form of herpes)….everyone was in agreance that people who were born with this cold sores virus isn’t the same as having herpes…no need to go off telling your partner about the times you got a cold sore
My situation is that my doctor believes that I will never have another outbreak (I had my initial and never had one again), he has taken me off the medication (almost 2 years ago) and congradulated me on being one of the lucky few…
This being said, do you feel I should still be obligated to tell every partner about a condition that no longer physically affects me and will not physically affect him.
I feel it in my heart, i guess, but I dont want to put myself through drama and shame that I dont have to go through.
P.S. I was grown and monogomous (my ex is a different story) when my condition occured…I have no sexual issues except this misfortunant event

Open Question: breathing difficulties. normal?
Just in the last few weeks, I’ve started to notice some changes in my breathing. (Just to give a little background, I’m very active: run a few miles every other day, in a step aerobics class 3 times a week, and i’m on the rowing team at school that practices for 2 hours 5 days a week.
A few months ago, my resting heart rate was at 55-60, now it is at 74 bpm.
I have also gained 20 pounds in the last 6 months.
I am 5′5″ and 130 lbs (after the weight gain).
A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a heart murmur (some mitral valve disorder).
For some reason, the smallest activities will get me breathing hard. When I climb one flight of stairs or bike up a small hill, my heart is pumping fast, I can hear my heart racing through my ears, and it’s just not,… what I usually experience.
Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong?
