Open Question: can 1 year of chronic anxiety cause a heart defect or disease?

Open Question: heart murmur and mitral valve prolapse?
hiya my daughter has jsut been told she has a heart murmur and mitral valve prolapse. said she has a leak? the doc wants to see her again in 1yr, but wants more tests done, iv been having a read on here with other ppl having the same thing, is there anything i NEED to know? like what she can or cant do, is there anything she should be taking? is there anything i can do to help? i see some ppl have been told to take antibiotics b4 goign to the dentist? iv not been told anything like this, mind you we was only told of the condition yesterday and have been informend i will get a letter of the findings in the next 7/10 days… my daughter is only 11yrs old, thanks for reading, jay
i forgot to say we got told by a doc at great ormond street hospital, she had a ecco and a ecg, thats how we know what the problem is, its not guess work from our gp, iv been told ill be getting a letter with in the next 7/10 days explaining the findings, ill prob know alot more once receiving the letter.
