Open Question: can a 3 1/2 month old have a heart murmur?

May 23rd, 2009 | by admin | Open Question: Is using a push bike more dangerous.?
I was out on my push bike today with my three year old in a trailer when I was accosted by a man berating me for endangering my child. I tried patiently to explain to him that I try to keep to bike paths and have a “buggy whip” flag to warn drivers. Then I noticed he was pretty much overweight and was probably a prime candidate for stroke, heart disease and diabetes, not to mention Alzheimers which afflicts those who don’t exercise more frequently. So is it more dangerous to drive or to use a push bike?

Open Question: can a 3 1/2 month old have a heart murmur?
My doctor told me that she heard a tiny murmur in my sons heart between the 1st and 2nd beat. But then I asked a few people and they said that it was to early to hear anything like that. If he does have one can they go away? If not what are the effects of it and is it dangerous?
