Open Question: How do I start an online non-profit organization that helps people deal with depression thru biblical resource?
I’ve battled depression off and on for about 8yrs and I know there are some teenagers that are going thru the same things and I really want to give them info about the disease, treatment options, etc. I also want to encourage their minds and hearts about the Love that God has for us, His purpose for our lives, and how having a trusting relationship with Him will provide medicine for their souls. Open Question: can anybody help thats a nurtitionist please? i think its iron deficiency?
i’m vegetarian and i think i may be anemic.
i know i should get my blood tested, but i need some help with a plan for food so i can stay pretty healthy. im not huge on green vegetables. whats like a basic meal i could eat every day thats really good for me and tastes good.
i think i have arythmia or heart murmurs because for like two beats of my heart every so often in the day, it will beat faster than the normal beat for like one second. im scared something is wrong with me. i reasearched that heart murmurs can be a symptom of anemmia. and im ALWAYS tired
