Open Question: Can a vet be too nice or sensitive?
My fiance is a vet and loves his work,he just seems too sensitive. He has his own ‘rules’ in his clinic, but the one that seems the strangest is that he refuses to euthanize any dog unless it either has a terminal disease,is severely injured or in constant pain (from arthritis). And when he does euthanize he never charges for it,and he even sends the owners a condolence card! He is also very distraught after having to put any pet down.Do you think he is too sensitive to be a vet?? Or is he just a very big hearted animal lover??
