Open Question: Can someone please give me some help!?
I used to run every day about 3 miles,
I stopped because doctors thought i might have a heart condition, so i had to stop running for about 4 months,
They found out that i have a heart murmur and nothing dangerous.
so because i used to run so much, i used to eat more because my metabolism could handle it..now however it cannot, because i’ve gotten lazy lol
Anyways, i’ve gain way to much excess way!
i need to find a way to start running again without getting a burn out so to speak(get too sore)
Any ideas? Personal experience is mainly what i’m looking for!

Open Question: Lymphatic detoxification and trampolines.?
I know it’s BS based on the sites it crops up on, but I don’t know why it’s BS. It makes claims like. . .
“The lymph system bathes every cell, carrying nutrients to the cell and waste products away. So the jumping and rebounding back helps to get the lymph system going or something. I haven’t jumped on a trampoline in ages, I must be screwed.
Can someone smarter than me tell me why it’s crap, or tell me I’m stupid, if it’s true
