Open Question: Can you help me revise these sentences?Help Please?
As everything seemed to be going as I imagined, my worst nightmare came into the picture. During my yearly physical, I found that I was diagnosed with a heart murmur at birth. I was never aware of my condition, and soon realized that I would be unable to participate in any after school activities including practicing, and playing in the basketball team. The only solution to this is getting a permission slip from a cardiologist informing my coach that I am physically and mentally fit to play. My appointment to see my cardiologist was in a month, so without the permission of my cardiologist, I am unable to participate and play within the next month.
the first little part is to just give you a little heads up of what im writing about. i know it sounds really weak right now, so i need some help please!

Open Question: im writing a paper on coronary heart disease and i need some advice.?
I have started to work on the paper for the last while but i have hit on a problem. My teacher wants to have a look at it tomorrow but i have to admit i am no where near finished it. I was just wondering if i could apply for an extension on compassionate grounds. My mum had a heart attack about 3 weeks ago so i had to go to the hospital and sit with her and make sure that she was ok. I am really starting to worry about this paper as its not yet done but i dont want to loose my place in the course. So would it be best to apply for compassionate reasons in getting an extesion and getting the paper finished. i have spend hours working on this paper but when it comes to doing coronary heart disease its not an easy matter.
i need serious answers only please
