Voting Question: Heart arythmia how to prevent?
how do i prevent this im 15 and 200 pounds when i get this my chest feels weird or hurts and it feels like my heart stops for a few seconds but another problem is i dont have health insurance so my mom cant take me to the doctor

This anger lies within me,
Like a disease that?s in my mind,
I try to fight the urges,
But I?m running out of time,
My mouth explodes with vulgar words,
As I spit the evil truth,
I?ve hurt so many people,
My pain is the only proof,
Day by day it worsens,
As I feel my heart go numb,
I?m losing this battle with myself,
With the world beneath my aching thumb,
I try to hide my emotions,
But they all come pouring out,
I cant control my anger,
Although I am in doubt,
Normal feels so far away,
I?m sick of this lack of control,
Mind takes over body,
And now I must pay the toll,
Bipolar is such a simple word,
For what I?m feeling now,
I feel so cold and left alone,
In a mind that makes me wonder how,
If only they knew how sorry I am,
For the words I never meant,
If only I could take it back,
But for now my last apology has been spent.
