i’ve been having chest pains randomly throughout two weeks, sometimes it’s a mild pain and i could pass it off as heart burn but sometimes it’s quite painful, like a stabbing pain across my shoulders and chest. i sometimes feel a fluttering sensation in my chest, and i’m worried if it has something to do with my heart . i’m 17, at my ideal weight and i lead a relatively healthy lifestyle. i had a heart murmur when i was younger but other than that i’ve had no problems. Is it a cause for concern? or is it something entirely normal?
