Open Question: Can anyone give advice on a bowing mitrial valve and trivial regurgitation?
Hi there! My doc discovered a heart murmur after my baby was born almost 2 yrs ago. I was sent for an echo - cardiologist said my heart had ‘normal structure’ but that had a slight bow in my valve with trivial mitrial regurgitation. He told me it was nothing to worry about and I would not need any follow ups. However I do suffer from shortness of breath often as well as lightheadness and recently have been extremely tired. I am concerned this could be linked to my heart ‘problem’ - should I be worried? My echo was done6 mths ago.
