Open Question: Constructive criticism on my poem? Opinions?

I saw it on tv. only 14 dollars… I looovvvee going to the gym!!! And I love running routinely. But I was interested in using it just for the time I cant make it to they gym. I still walk everywhere. And I am in excellent shape I think. But I was more definition. Would this be a good tool to use on top of exercising? I was worried that the electronic waves, or thing that makes your body contract could be harmful for your body internally, maybe even your heart. when I first heard about it I thought that it could probably cause an arrhythmia or a heart murmur even. WJHat do you think?
oh and also, I was kind of skeptical about it and then my boyfriend told me that it does work. He said that he watched an autobiography of bruce lee and he used it everyday.

Makes me want to know what your thinking.
It draws me in.
And I can feel it,
I’m sinking.
Promised myself I’d stay stitched up,
but you’ve opened up my heart.
Maybe you’ll be the one, that won’t tear it apart.
So, I guess this is how it feels.
This is the rush,
of falling in Jersey.
This is the feeling,
of falling without anything to protect the blow.
This is the feeling that I never thought I’d let you see,
a strange part of me.
But I guess that’s what happens when,
you’re a victim of the disease.
Of falling in Jersey.
