Open Question: Chest pain related to heart murmor?
I have a heart murmur (Diagnosed at about 10 years old) I used to go get it checked out every year, I think I stopped going around age 12 because they said nothing has changed in two years and that my heart murmur wasn’t very severe. But lately I’ve been getting sharp pains in my chest.. they only last a few seconds to a min and only when I breathe in deep. I’m 17 years old, and also have anxiety and asthma so I don’t know if it’s my heart murmur or something else. Basically my question is does a heart murmur usually cause sharp little pains in the middle of your chest?

Open Question: Continuous chest pains making life miserable !!?
Im 24 female normal weight I do smoke for good 4 years now started getting chest pains that never go away back in september just 2 weeks ago went to a cardiologist we did the cholestorol test and ultra sound of the heart i wont know my results until monday but ive been having pain in center of the chest just like a pressure i had a few shortness of breath today but i dont have trouble breathing now is just the discomfort is bothering me he did an EKG too 2 weeks ago and said i have many years to live however i checked my bmp today it was 140/97 heart rate 102 sometimes it comes like that right now my bmp is 125/89 and heart rate 95 should i be worried i dont have history of heart disease in family i do smoke tough i only smoked 1 cigarette today due the chest pain what could be the problem i am almost used to this is very unconfortable is like something is sitting on the center of my chest !!
