Open Question: Could it be heart related?
I apologize that I’m posting this in the pregnancy section but I wasn’t getting answers anywhere else I posted. So I apologize.
So last night I awoke with some chest pains. Nothing to sever. It kept me up most the night because it was uncomfortable. Today throughout the day the pain in my chest seems to getting a bit worse. It’s centered on the left side of my chest and it hurt’s in the same part of my back accompanied by heart palpitations, fatigue, sweating, tingling sensation in my fingers in left hand as if it were asleep, dizziness, low grade fever 99.7 and nausea. When I went to pick up my father prescription I checked my blood pressure and it was 140/90 and pulse was 110. Now I wasn’t thinking it was heart related because I’m only 26. I am about 40 pounds overweight and I do smoke about 1/2 pack a day. No alcohol except maybe twice a year. Can anyone give me any idea’s what it could be and what they would do if I chose to go to the hospital. I don’t have medical insurance so I don’t want to go if it’s not needed as I will have to pay outta pocket.
Family history: Paternal grandmother had sever heart disease, father has had 8 heart attacks, 100% blockage Right coronary artery and sever heart disease. Does that put me at greater risk even this young?

Open Question: help its involving my health?
well I think I may have anemia..I have most of the signs and its untreated and then when I was born…I was born with a heart murmur…and it went away after I was 2…well I think it came back…I havent got checked…but is it even possible for it to come back.??
and what would happen if I leave it untreated? what could possibly happen?
the anemia I think I have had since this July and the heart murmur maybe 3 weeks…
helppp? im scared… really
