Open Question: Creatine, Glutamine and Whey Protein questions?
im 16 years old, im on Creatine, Glutamine and Whey Protein and recently i went in for a physical and the doctor heard a heart murmur so he did an EKG and it was abnormal so i need to have an Echo.
when i take these suplements i have preasure on the left side of my chest, but i have been told by many professionals that the supplements im on do not effect my heart. does anybody think they do?
