Open Question: Dad might die of heart attack!! :’[ Help me please?

ok, i’ve had palpitations, pains.. got a ‘nothing-to-worry-about’ murmur (hah, yeah like i wont worry after hearin it when i did)
so i’ve come to terms with some random odd sensations of the heart..
but, i don’t get what this is.
it’s not a pain, it’s like this really weird null feeling.. and it’s really stressing.. i think it’s ben here the past few days.. strongly today though. i can’t explain it at all, but i wanna know wth this one is….. lol.
i can’t tell if i feel fine or not cos there’s no pain but every now nd then i’m just aware of this like nullness.. i dunno.. what u think?
also, my latest blood pressure was like 150 i think.
i’m not sure what the second number..
like it’s 150/??
