Open Question: Do people with a heart murmur also have poor circulation.?
Lately I’ll be in school and my feet will just fall asleep (you know that tingly feeling?),Usually I will just take off my shoes and massage them or shake them out a little and they’ll be fine for a few minutes, I have a heart murmur though and just wanted to know if maybe thats the reason my feet will randomly fall asleep?
thanks J B, but the class it started happening in we weren’t sitting in chairs. Also, it wouldn’t go away when I was trying to walk it out. Right now I have an ankle brace on it which is really made to get blood flowing in a sprained ankle and make swelling go down, but It seems to be helping the tingling feeling a bit.
