Open Question: Do you think i should write a song?

My friend has a heart murmur and she’s goign to have life or death heart surgery in 2010. But, lately she struggles to switch off, she’s on medication four times a day. Her other friends are being nasty to her. She’s been so depressed lately for no reason inparticular, liek a sinfull empty feeling she says. She was in pain with her chest last night. Anyway, i keep telling her it will be ok
I don’t know if she will but i hope she can pull through, i know she can
I have every faith that she will, but some people don’t appreciate what some people go through. If i was to be going through the same, i would be scared. She’s only 15, she’s too young. And also my grandad IS going to die, he’s in hospital, i’ve been to see him..
And the bottom line is he’s going to die. theres nothing they can do to stop that so i’ve been very upset. But i want to write a song dedicated for my friend. Should i?
i just dont know whether to or not
and what to call it.
I need a title for the chorus so i better get thinking or being inspired
