Open Question: Do you think, SOMetimes, it’s good for people working in the health field to appear/stay cold-hearted…?

So that, the bad side of their profession (dying/dead patients, incurable diseases, etc….) don’t affect/depress them too much ?
I am NOT saying they have to be cold-hearted EVEry time, because no patient would want somebody like that.
