Open Question: Does your dog have HEART MURMUR?

My mother is a heart patient. Recently doctors have adviced her the bypass surgery. I do not have enough money to pay for the operation. Can you please suggest any medical insurance policy that supports existing disease (in this case heart problem)? Please let me know your views on my issue. It is extremely important.
