Open Question: Feeling of a heart palpatation then I have to cough?

Ok this is weird posting this question here but i have to much anxiety to talk to an actual person. I have been taken off all medication cause it made messed me up (antidepressants) or my dose got way to high (xanax). for the past month i havent left the house, except for one painstaking trip to the gp cause my hearts been in arythmia.
On top of this ive had a chronic fatigue and pain disorder going on that in never even told any doctor about.
I am living in AGONY every moment from physical pain ocd panic attacks and depression. i dont even have it in me to go to a phychiatrist again to get started onsomething new.
my question is, could i go to a hospital or something? tell them im slightly suicidal (which is kind of true), and then while im there get help for the fatigue and pain and anxiety disorders during my stay? is there somewhere else i could go to check out all these problems in one place, instead of going to 10 different docotrs for each of these problems? thanksss
