Open Question: could i have heart problems? i’m only 18?
however i eat very unhealthy … i eat alot of processed carbs and sugars most of the time i eat terrible, i have eaten terrible all my life. lately i expierience mild discomfort under my left breast that will radiate a little under my arm or into my jaw a little … it doesn’t hurt extremely bad, it’s mild but it’s still scary. at first i thought maybe it was anxiety but it happens more when i’m laying down than when i’m out and about. could it be heart disease? and i am very overweight, i am 5′4 and weight roughly 200 lbs.

Open Question: Feeling strange and dizzy, what could be wrong?
I was sitting in a lecture and for no reason at all I started feeling really sick and my heart started beating fast and I felt like I was going to faint. I felt hot and cold all over. Like my face and other parts of my body went from feeling warm to cold warm to cold like flushes. I stood up at the end and I heard the girl next to me say something and I remember what she said but then I couldn’t make out what anyone else was saying. Sounds just turned to murmurs that i couldn’t hear properly and in front of my eyes started to go all black with green spots and I thought I was going to faint but I didn’t.My hands also felt a little numb and tingly. This just came out of nowhere. I felt completely fine and was writing just a few seconds ago.
My body now feels really cold and my face has gone really pale. I still feel like I’m going to to be sick and dizzy when I stand up.
