Open Question: Gaining weight after quitting drinking?
Is it normal to gain weight when an alcoholic quits drinking? I thought i would lose. Any way that i can stop this!?! I do want to replace alcohol with food!! SOS before i have to add heart disease to my list of diseases!!

Open Question: im 18 yrs old healthy 95 pounds and my hearts been skiping beats and ive been having heart pain why is it?
Well i went to a Doctor about 2 or 3 years ago because in a physical they found out i had a murmur and the cardiologist said it wasn’t true he said my vein in my heart was narrow and had to be back in summer 08 but i haven’t gone back to the doctor. My heart skips beats and i have heart pain and i don’t know why? I also have trouble sleeping but im not shure if its because of my heart and i also have numbness above my right ear.
