Open Question: i am having some strange heart symptoms?
well basicly i do suffer from heart palpatations but i heard that thoose are very very common however i believe there are types of them however this has only happened once but i woke up to a 6 to 10 beat palpatation basicly all my palpations feel like my heart is over exspanding when beating also ive had few instances to where it was a sudden thud like a realy hard thud in the chest then back to normal these scare the hell out of me my mother has them and shes 48 and in amazing health so that calms my nerves , also i have problems other than the palpatations theses are anxitey attacks i already know it but , i used to drink alot

Open Question: girls distract me in my work. ?
Hi everybody i am a 28 years old guy from India. I am facing a very serious problem or i can say very serious disease. I am a sex addict. I am asking for help from you guys because I am very shy & introvert guy. My whole life has been destroyed because of this problem. I was doing my BCA, but could not complete it & instead I had to do BA from correspondence. Because of this problem I am not able to concentrate on my studies. I used to masturbate 2-3 times a day, which had caused serious health problem for me. I have developed dark black circle under my eyes. I have become very lethargic and tired for entire day. My heart aches daily very badly. My lever have become weak and also I am facing gastric problem. After getting up from sleep till going to bed I think about sex, sexual thoughts occur in my mind for entire day, as if my life’s aim is sex. I want to tell more about myself. Even after this problem I do not have any girl friend and I am a virgin. I dont have any experience of sex. Even I am shy of talking about sex in front of girls. Please help me I am facing a very tough problem. I have tried many a times but this probem is not going. I am feeling helplessness as if some one has tied my hands & my minds. I have heard about sex addiction treatment in a news paper & I want to know as there any sex addiction treatment center in Delhi. Please do help me, I will be highly obliged to all of you.
