Open Question: heart murmur question?

I have a 22.5 inch waist, and 30 inch hips. i am 5′1.5 tall. when i checked online, it said i am overweight, and that i am at a high risk of developing a heart disease. are my measurements really that unhealthy? my waist is very long, could this have something to do with the outcome? thanks.
though i might be measuring wrong. do i measure around my hip bones? or my butt? because if i measure around the wide part of my hips that include my butt, then my hips measure 32. does that change anything?
