Open Question: Heart palpitations and other feelings…?
Ok, Ok, I am going to the doctor for this soon but.. need opinions.
I have gotten funny feelings in my chest and heart for many many yrs. I am almost 35. It feels like almost a racing and sometimes will slow and race one right after another. Also, sometimes, it feels like my heart skips. My heart rate is nromal during these times but sometimes you can even feel it in my neck (the skipping and racing).
I do drink a lot of caffeine. HOWEVER, this has occured WITHOUT use of caffine. I have noticed it a lot lately and it always always happens after I exercise for a while (like a month let’s say) and i stop exercising for a few days… and it’s back like clockwork, especially when I lie flat.
Also happens when I sit up.
Any opinions before an appt ?
I have a very very strong history of heart disease (my mom had a heart attack at age 51) but these are not symptoms of a heart attack!!
I have had this since age 20 (at least from what I remember….)…
I also have fatigue… whever I can take a nap, I sleep….
