Open Question: anxiety and hypochondriac help?
i have anxiety and im on medicine and it just seems like its doing nothing and igot on a higher dose and tahs not doing anything either and i will not go any higher.. and i just have chest pain and dizziness and general symptoms and im pretyt much a hypochondriac i think dizziness is like a brain tumor and i think chest pain is heart related so im first off worried that if i have heart chest pain i wont know the difference and if i faint or somethign i will die and it keeps me from enojoying life i cant go anywhere bc im afraid ill faint or soemthing and not be able to get the help i need. i dont know what to do ,, im only 18 how will i know if i have a serious disease/?
